We want you to shop with confidence. This Return Policy explains when items can be returned, what is eligible, and how refunds are issued. If anything is unclear, please contact support@scoreautoparts.com before you place an order.
Eligibility and Timeframes
- Standard returns: Most unused, unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be in original packaging and free of installation marks, grease, or damage.
- Proof of purchase: A valid order number is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
- Electrical components that have been installed or show signs of tampering.
- Custom, special-order, or made-to-order parts.
- Items marked as final sale or non-refundable at checkout.
Refunds and Fees
- Inspection: Refunds are issued after returned items pass inspection.
- Refund method: Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.
- Original shipping: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
- Return fee: A 15% return fee is applied to all returned parts to cover handling, inspection, and restocking.
- Restocking: Additional restocking fees may apply if items are not received in resalable condition.
Core Returns
If you purchased a part with a refundable core charge and selected to return the core, refunds are issued after the core is received and inspected. You are responsible for safely packaging and shipping the core with tracking.
How to Start a Return
- Email support@scoreautoparts.com with your order number and the item you want to return.
- We will provide return instructions and any required authorization.
- Ship the item using a tracked method and keep your receipt until the refund is processed.
Exchanges
Exchanges are processed as a return plus a new order. Once your return is received and approved, place a new order for the correct item to avoid delays.
